Illegal/offensive material

The above statement applies to the following material:

• Child Pornography
• Images that can be used to harass others
• Images promoting the buying/selling or illegal material
• Any other material that may be seen as illegal within your region

Privacy

All images uploaded to uplo4d.com will be treated with utmost privacy. If however, the images break our terms of service then our privacy statement will become invalid and your offence will be submitted to local authorities.

Breaking our TOS

If you are found breaking our TOS then severe action will be dealt. Every time you visit this website or upload a file, your IP address is recorded for safety measured. Depending on the severity of the issues, you will be either be blocked from using our uploading service or the issue will be forwarded to your local authorities dependant on the severity.
